“I think every CDO in any organization, a big part of the responsibility is understanding what's coming. And the more forward-looking and innovative you can be the better. And so a big part of my self-prescribed responsibilities was making sure that I stayed very close to technology that can help drive value back to the business. And so as we found,  and experienced, the democratization of AI through leveraging ChatGPT, I think we all kind of got to play with it and realized that there were some real efficiencies and value to generate.”
