Laurence is a digital experience leader with more than 15 years of transformation experience across broad industry sectors, including retail, mining, healthcare, government services, and education. In 2015, he joined the leadership team of a boutique UX design firm, building out a consulting practice that leveraged design thinking for user research, product development, and go-to-market testing. In 2022, he joined Orium as an Account Director, advising retailers on their journey migrating off of legacy technologies to modern MACH Composable architectures. He has stood shoulder-to-shoulder with global retailers, transforming their businesses to modernize product data, pricing, promotions, DTC storefronts, and order management. In 2023, he completed his M.B.A. at the Smith School of Business at Queen’s University. In his role as Director, Product Marketing, he keeps one eye on shifting market dynamics and the other on product fit to drive effective go-to-market strategies for fabric.
