fabric Copilot UI updates

At fabric, one of our guiding ethos is, “We work and build as if we are customers.” We pride ourselves on working as if our customers are sitting at the table with us, and we are only happy when our customers are happy. As part of that commitment, we regularly analyze how we can make our product experience more intuitive.

Recently, we revisited the names for a specific group of fabric’s product modules within the Copilot experience – PIM, XM, OMS, CDP, and Member. Starting today, when you log into Copilot you’ll see new module names in the navigation header:

Products (formerly PIM)
Experiences (formerly XM)
Orders (formerly OMS)
Customers (formerly CDP)
Loyalty (formerly Member)

Please note there was no change for Offers. You will also see these changes reflected in our Developer Portal, including our guides and API documentation. We’ve provided screenshots below of both the old interface and the new one so you know exactly what to expect.
