AI-Powered Search Makes Search Easier
Our new AI-powered search serves as a personalized guide to our documentation. It offers answers to chat-based questions such as, “How do I cancel part of an order” or “I’m an SI developer setting up Product Catalog for the first time. Where should I begin?”
AI-powered search understands the context and nuances of each question and builds an answer for the user in real-time. This means everyone, from a store manager navigating inventory systems to a developer looking for code examples to a business user exploring feature overviews, can get the information they need, easily and quickly using plain language.
Streamlined User and API Guides for Faster Navigation
We’ve significantly upgraded our User Guides and API Reference to provide a more streamlined and intuitive experience. The new guides offer clear and concise walkthroughs of our Product Catalog and Orders modules, making it easier for all users to navigate our platform.
This revamp to User Guides and API Reference also works together with our new AI-powered search functionality so users get the most relevant results quickly.
Information Architecture and Usability
Our documentation adheres to global standards in information architecture and technical communication, with a strong emphasis on usability. This ensures that users can easily find, access, and understand the information they need. These enhancements are just the beginning. One of our key initiatives is the planned integration of an AI-powered documentation widget directly in fabric. We’re calling it fabric Copilot.
