Agentic commerce on Shopify just got easy.
Fabric for Shopify is now live. Merchants can sync, enrich and publish their whole catalog in one guided session, so AI agents can recommend their products.

Shopify has done impressive work adopting the agentic commerce protocols and standing up the endpoints for AI shopping. The rails are there.
The catalog is the hard part. When a shopper asks an agent a question, the agent answers from your product data. If the context isn’t in the catalog, your product isn’t the answer.
Most catalog tools still treat this as an enterprise workflow problem: more reviews, complex workflows, and a ticket to engineering. We think the interface should get smaller as the work gets more complex.
At Fabric, our mission is to help merchants win agentic commerce, and that starts with the catalog.
Today we launched a Shopify app that runs the full catalog pipeline.
Fabric syncs your entire catalog (active, draft and archived) into our canonical product model. The Fabric merchant agent works with merchandisers to enrich content, and once it’s ready, publishing to the storefront takes seconds.
Under the hood, the app sits inside your existing theme. Enriched attributes write to metafields, JSON-LD Product schema is injected for agents, and PDP content renders through theme app blocks. You choose which attributes go live and whether each one is shown to shoppers, agents, or both.
The demo below follows one product from its live Shopify page, through the Fabric merchant agent, and back to the same page with new structured data on the PDP.
Our customers already enrich at scale and publish to Shopify with Fabric. This release turns that workflow into one guided session. We showed it live at Retail Club and are bringing merchants onto it now.
