Integrated commerce

These services are grounded in our leadership experience at Amazon, Staples, and eBay. We combine our platform and services through Fabric Digital Services (FDS) to deliver a complete commerce solution with an integrated commerce approach. Fabric is the only company that does this.

In this article, we will outline the steps for creating an integrated commerce solution with Fabric. 

Note: There is also the opportunity to use FDS and grow commerce while using your existing commerce platform since FDS is platform agnostic. In this case, you can skip or delay Step 1 and Step 2 below and go directly to Step 3, Step 4, or Step 5 based on your immediate needs.

    Work with our sales team and solution architects to choose products from our platform that support your vision for modernizing your tech stack and scaling your business. You can choose one or more of the following products:

    Work with our support and implementation team to activate the products you select. If you are using a monolithic commerce platform, we will help you migrate components piece by piece. Taking this modular approach will let you modernize your tech stack quickly and with zero downtime. Your new stack will include Fabric products, other third-party products, and any custom-built applications specific to your business.

    This step and the following steps are handled by FDS and can happen concurrently with the steps outlined above. During this phase of the integrated commerce approach, you will receive the following:
